The company can organize diaphragm wall works involving deep panels, rock-socketed panels, pile-wall combined panels, heavy reinforcement cage lifting and grab-drilling combined methods under complex urban and geological conditions.
  • Representative cases include Ningbo Rail Transit Honglian Station diaphragm wall works and Ningbo Zhilan Bridge Power Pipe Gallery diaphragm wall works. In the Ningbo Rail Transit Honglian Station project, the diaphragm wall system included 233 panels with a wall thickness of 1.0 m and a wall depth of 55 m. Some panels were socketed into rock, and pile-wall combined panels were also adopted. The project used a grab-drilling combined method to deal with tuff layers with relatively high rock strength.
  • In the Ningbo Zhilan Bridge Power Pipe Gallery project, the diaphragm wall reached 1.2 m in thickness and 63 m in depth, using I-beam joints and a three-grab trenching method.
