ETONE provides large-scale pile foundation construction services for projects requiring deep pile construction, large equipment deployment, strict verticality control and stable hole-forming quality. The service integrates RCD air-lift reverse circulation, pump-suction reverse circulation, rotary drilling and dedicated drilling tools according to geological conditions.

The company’s equipment reserve includes more than 50 sets of RCD reverse-circulation drilling rigs and more than 20 sets of medium and large rotary drilling rigs. For large-diameter and deep pile works, ETONE can organize casing embedding control, mud performance control, drilling parameter control, bottom sediment control and hole verticality control based on project requirements.

  • ETONE has developed strong execution capability in large-diameter bored pile construction for bridge foundations, especially under marine conditions, deep overburden, hard rock and complex strata. The company combines RCD air-lift reverse-circulation drilling, pump-suction reverse-circulation drilling and rotary drilling with customized drilling tools, counterweight systems, centralizers, mud control and secondary hole cleaning measures to improve borehole stability, verticality and drilling efficiency.
  • Representative case: Yushan Bridge, a branch project of the Ningbo-Zhoushan Port main corridor in China. The bridge is located in a harsh offshore environment with frequent typhoons, long monsoon periods and limited effective working days at sea. The project involved approximately 170 pile foundations, with maximum construction pile diameters of 5.0-3.8 m, maximum pile length of 148 m and maximum hole depth of 153 m.
  • In this project, ETONE focused on verticality control for casing installation and borehole formation, slurry performance control, drilling efficiency improvement and bottom sediment cleaning. By optimizing drilling parameters and using counterweight-assisted drilling tools with cylindrical roller centralizers, the project achieved drilling horizontal offset within 30 mm and drilling inclination within 0.5%, demonstrating ETONE’s capability in deep and large-diameter pile foundation construction for offshore bridge engineering.
