The project includes one dedicated LNG berth for 80,000–266,000 m³ LNG vessels, four 200,000 m³ LNG storage tanks and related process, utility and auxiliary facilities. The foundation system adopts high-pile foundations, with pile diameters of 1.2 m and 1.4 m. The pile lengths are mainly 50–60 m, with some piles reaching 80 m.
