  • ETONE’s bridge foundation engineering capability covers large-diameter pile foundations for cross-sea bridges, highway bridges and major transport infrastructure. The company can select and combine RCD reverse-circulation drilling, rotary drilling, impact drilling and customized drilling tools according to marine conditions, pile diameter, rock strength, inclined rock surfaces, boulder content and drilling depth.
  • Representative case: Xiajin Bridge. The Xiajin Bridge (Xiamen section) is designed as an important connection between Xiamen Island and Xiamen Xiang’an International Airport. The northeast and southeast arch seats of the bridge are located offshore and adopt group pile foundations, with 20 variable-diameter bored cast-in-place piles on each side.
  • The project involved silty clay, sandy clay, fully weathered granite, strongly weathered granite and moderately weathered granite. Some piles penetrated 2–24 m into moderately weathered granite, with rock strength reaching 140–150 MPa and a high content of isolated boulders. ETONE adopted rotary drilling with core drilling and step-by-step hole enlargement to improve drilling efficiency in high-strength granite. For inclined rock surfaces and irregular rock texture, pilot drilling and centralizer-assisted drilling tools were used to control verticality. For isolated boulders, different treatment methods were adopted according to boulder size, including direct removal, pressing and slow drilling, and core drilling treatment.

  • 该项目地层包括粉质黏土、砂质黏性土、全风化花岗岩、砂土状强风化花岗岩及中风化花岗岩,部分桩基入中风化花岗岩2–24 m,岩石强度达140–150 MPa,且地层中孤石含量较高。公司采用旋挖取芯后逐级扩孔的方式,提高高强度花岗岩钻进效率;针对斜岩面及不规则岩层纹理,通过先导孔钻进和扶正器辅助钻具控制垂直度;针对孤石,根据孤石尺寸分别采取直接捞取、压实后轻压慢钻及取芯处理等措施。
