The company can integrate bored piles, cement mixing, large-diameter mixing, reinforcement works and equipment-supported construction organization according to site constraints, soil conditions and project performance requirements.
- Representative case: Singapore Airport Project. The project is a large-scale infrastructure development in Singapore. ETONE is responsible for foundation works in Section A, including more than 10,000 bored cast-in-place piles and approximately 450,000 m³ of large-diameter mixing works. The company deployed 11 sets of rotary drilling rigs and 4 sets of large-diameter mixing equipment for the project.
- For the large-diameter mixing works, the project adopted controlled cement-soil treatment parameters, including water-cement ratio control, cement content control and core sampling verification. The reported core sampling rate reached 99.2%, and the soil-cement strength test results met the required level, with the highest strength reaching 3.2 MPa. The case demonstrates ETONE’s capacity to organize high-volume ground improvement works with multiple equipment groups, process control and quality verification.
