Kaigong provides integrated shield machine rental, spare parts supply and technical support services for metro, municipal, water conservancy and other tunnel construction projects. The service is designed to help contractors reduce equipment procurement pressure, improve equipment readiness and maintain stable tunnelling performance during project execution.
The rental fleet includes EPB shield machines with different configurations for soft ground and composite ground applications. Key systems such as main bearings, drive units, hydraulic pump stations and inverters adopt mature international-brand components, supporting stable operation and reliable field performance.
Kaigong also maintains a spare parts supply system for shield machine rental, remanufacturing and construction support. Available parts and consumables include cutting tools, sealing grease, lubricating grease, motor reducers, pumps, high-pressure hoses and related wearing parts for shield tunnelling equipment.
Technical support services cover equipment installation, commissioning, transfer, turning-around, start-up assistance, operator guidance, troubleshooting and on-site construction support. During risk-source crossing or complex tunnelling conditions, Kaigong can provide technical advice based on shield machine design, remanufacturing and field service experience.
